Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側部に従動輪を備えると共に底部に磁石
が配設された移動体と、該移動体の移動軌跡上に
配設されて磁気回路を形成する軟磁性板と、前記
磁石に対し空隙を有した状態で前記軟磁性板上に
配設されるコイルとを備えたリニアモータにおい
て、前記軟磁性板の両側部を前記移動体方向へ曲
げ、その頂部を前記従動輪に接触可能に形成した
ガイド部を設けたことを特徴とするリニアモータ
の支持機構。 (2) 前記ガイド部の少なくとも一方の頂部を、
前記従動輪の回転面の断面形状に合致させたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)頂に
記載のリニアモータの支持機構。 (3) 前記ガイド部の内側面と前記移動体側面と
の隙間に摩擦部材を介在させることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載のリニア
モータの支持機構。
