【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、特に色のついた取付品ハウジングを有する、
樋、洗面台または同様なもののための衛生噴出口取付品
に関する。

衛生噴出口取付品は、磁器−取付品ハウジング１からな
り、このハウジングには小組立体２が存在している。こ
の小組立体２は、アングル接続部３と、固定兼シールリ
ング８を有する接続片７とからなる。連結片４により、
小組立体２が固定兼シールリング５とゴムリング６をア
ングル接続片３に挿入した状態で固定されている。中空
室９には、はぼ接続片７まで、硬化後の高い強度をもっ
たポリウレタン発泡体が収容されている。連結片４の代
わりに、発泡充填中、心棒（図示省略）を用いることも

易に任意の色や形に作ることができ、かつ任意の装飾、
模様、目印などを設けることができる。さらにこのこと
は、手入れしやすい取付品ハウジングにエナメルを焼い
た表面を設けることができることを意味するが、これら
は例えば色のついた樋、洗面台、ビデなどを有するもの
に相応する。石灰沈着の恐れがない。表面が耐クレンザ
−性および耐引っ掻き性を有する。小組立体２を使用す
ることにより、セラミック製取付品が水圧を受けない。

Claims (5)
- （１）特に色のついた取付品ハウジングを有する、樋、
洗面台または同様なもののための衛生噴出口取付品にお
いて、取付品ハウジング（１）がセラミック材料からな
り、取付品ハウジング（１）の壁と、水を案内する部分
および密封要素からなる小組立体（２）との間の中空室
（９）が高い強度の合成樹脂で発泡充填されていること
を特徴とする衛生噴出口取付品。 - （２）取付品ハウジング（１）が磁器からなる、特許請
求の範囲第１項に記載の独立した衛生噴出口取付品。 - （３）中空室（９）がポリウレタン発泡体で充填されて
いる、特許請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の独立し
た衛生噴出口取付品。 - （４）連結片（４）に空気ノズル（１４）がねじこまれ
ている、特許請求の範囲第１項から第３項までのうちの
いずれか一つに記載の独立した衛生噴出口取付品。 - （５）まず、小組立体（２）を、取付品ハウジング（１
）に、ゴムリング（６）と固定兼シールリング（５）を
挿入した状態で連結片（４）または心棒により固定し、
引き続き硬化後の高い強度の合成樹脂発泡体をほぼ連結
片（７）の近くまで収容し、それから接続片（１０）を
Ｏリング（１１）と、固定兼シールリング（８）を挿入
した状態で接続片（７）に固定し、その後スナップ挿入
体（１２）を取付品ハウジング（１）に係合させ、そし
てその前に取りつけストリップ（１３）を配置すること
を特徴とする、衛生噴出口取付品の製造方法。
