When threads are wound crosswise, as in twill winding, the strength of this overlapping portion is affected. Natural fibers do not have much effect on the strength of this thread overlap, but synthetic fibers have a significant effect.

However, paper bobbins are weak in strength, and as the thread is wound around the bobbin, it deforms due to the tightening force of the thread and the centripetal force caused by the rotation of the bobbin. For this reason, the full bobbin is in a state where the outer periphery of the spindle is clamped, making it difficult to remove from the spindle. To prevent this, it is common to provide a large clearance between the spindle's outer diameter and the bobbin's inner diameter. If this clearance is increased, the bobbin will be installed eccentrically with respect to the spindle axis when it is installed on the spindle, or it will be eccentric when winding the yarn, and this eccentricity of the bobbin will cause vibrations in the spinning machine. Furthermore, paper bobbins, which are weak, have a limit even when rotated at high speeds.

However, simply forming the bobbin using synthetic resin or metal only increases the strength, but does not prevent the phenomenon of slipping with the spindle.

The present invention was developed in view of this, namely, the present invention has a cylindrical shape that locks the bobbin more reliably by engaging the uneven surfaces provided on the outer circumference of the spindle and the inner circumference of the bobbin. In the bobbin, the bobbin is made of a strong material such as synthetic resin or light metal, and uneven lines such as gear-shaped, saw blade-shaped, etc. are provided alternately on the inner surface of the upper and lower ends of the bobbin, and the above-mentioned unevenness is provided. By cutting the unevenness that appears on the edge of the bobbin due to the strips and forming an inclined surface, it is possible to
It is characterized by a spinning bobbin characterized by an inseparable combination of an uneven strip with a fixed position and an inclined surface made by carving the uneven strip. The main body is prevented from weakening due to the uneven stripes, and by forming an inclined surface on the mouth edge, it is possible to easily attach the bobbin to the bobbin due to the uneven stripes, compared to the conventional paper tube. The purpose is to completely prevent slippage, which is impossible with bobbins, and to improve economic efficiency through repeated use.

A leaf spring is provided, a part of the leaf spring is made to protrude outward, and the bobbin is locked using the elasticity of the leaf spring. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in which a large number of protrusions are provided on the spindle, and these protrusions 2
The tips of the protrusions protrude slightly from the outer peripheral surface of the spindle due to a spring (not shown) installed inside the spindle, and when the bobbin is inserted into the spindle, it protrudes and retracts against the spring. It's getting old. This spindle 1 is rotatably protruded from a spinning machine.

うになすものである。 The bobbin 3 that is attached to and detached from this spindle 1 is the second
As shown in detail in the figure below, the spindle is formed into a tubular shape (cylindrical shape) with a desired outer diameter and length using a strong material such as synthetic resin or light metal such as aluminum, and the spindle has protrusions on its inner peripheral surface and at both ends. A large number of concave portions 3a and convex stripes 3b are provided at a certain position of the piece so as to alternately go around the inner periphery without interruption. The width of the recess 3a is determined so that the protrusion 2 protruding from the spindle or the leaf spring can be fitted into the recess 3a.
The shape of the concave ridges may be various shapes such as a gear shape or a saw blade shape as shown in FIGS. 2, 4, and 5. That is, the recessed portion 3a and the protruding strip 3b have certain lengths a and b at the position where the protruding piece is located so that the protruding piece protruding from the spindle is locked when the bobbin is fitted to the spindle. This creates unevenness on the inner circumferential surface of the bobbin. This allows the same bobbin to be attached to the spindles of different spinning machines. Furthermore, the inner circumferential surface of the end of this bobbin is carved with unevenness so that the outer end side has a larger diameter, resulting in an inclined surface 3c.
The bobbin is formed to have a rough shape, so that the bobbin can be easily attached to the spindle.

According to the present invention, the bobbin is made of a material stronger than paper, such as synthetic resin or aluminum, and concave and convex stripes are alternately formed on both ends of the bobbin so that the inner peripheral surface is locked with the locking protrusion of the spindle. Since the concave portion and the protruding piece of the spindle fit and lock, the bobbin will not slip, and furthermore, the tightening force when winding the thread will cause it to deform unnecessarily due to the centrifugal force. Therefore, it can be easily attached and detached from the spindle. In addition, since deformation is less likely to occur, the manufacturing precision of the bobbin can be improved, and therefore, it can be mounted on the spindle without rattling, and vibration and noise generated when the bobbin is rotated can be suppressed. In addition, since the bobbin mouth edge is cut diagonally with concave and convex lines, that is, an inclined surface is formed, it can be installed smoothly without the concave and convex lines interfering with the installation on the spindle, and it can be used repeatedly, making it economical. It has advantages such as excellent properties.
