- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダヘツド部に設置されるセンサーホ
ルダーに、内装の各種センサー部との間に環状の
空洞を形成するキヤツプ体を被せると共に、該キ
ヤツプ体にはこれ等各種センサー部からの信号線
を集中して取り出す少なくとも一個の取出口を前
記空洞に連らなる外周壁に開穿してなる油圧機器
等におけるセンサー付シリンダ。 (2) 前記キヤツプ体とセンサーホルダーとを等
間隔位置に設けた締め付けボルト用螺孔により固
定するようになした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の油圧機器等におけるセンサー付シリンダ
。 (3) 前記キヤツプ体がシール付き密封キヤツプ
であるところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の油圧機器等におけるセンサー付シリンダ。
