両側上端部に形成した掛止片が嵌着されて保持さ
れた溝形断面形状の、全体が長手方向に延びるセ
ル底板と、このセル底板が嵌着された隣り合う山
部の間に存する谷部にて下フランジの凸部上に配
された角パイプで、底面に前記凸部に弾性的に嵌
着したピースが固定、又は上半部に左右の傾斜ウ
エブの係止部に係止した鉤状金具が嵌着されてい
る谷溝セルとにより構成されたことを特徴とする
