Claims (1)
- 車輪の舵角を制御するパワーシリンダの出力軸
を中立位置に保持するコイルばねの間隙に、該コ
イルばねと接触せずに伸縮する平板状コイルばね
を介在させ、両ばねを絶縁性弾性体である誘電体
内に埋設させ、両ばねの伸縮により変化する両ば
ね間の静電容量変化により出力軸の変位を検出す
ることを特徴とするパワーシリンダ用変位計。
