Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体流入口を有する接合板と流体流出口を
有する接合板とを備え、両接合板を液密に接合す
ると共にその接合面側に開口部を設けて流体流入
口と流体流出口とを連通し、前記開口部内の前記
流体流出口接合板にフイルタ支持体を介してフイ
ルタを装着してなるフイルタホルダにおいて、前
記フイルタ支持体を金属製枠体で保持し、この枠
体の前記流体流出口接合板との当接下面周縁部に
Ｏ―リングを設けると共に、前記フイルタと前記
流体流入口接合板との間にフイルタ押えを介在さ
せたことを特徴とするフイルタホルダ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイ
ルタホルダにおいて、フイルタ押えは〓テフロン
〓などのクツシヨン材で構成してなるフイルタホ
ルダ。
