記外筒と案内筒間の仕切壁を貫通させて案内筒内
に突出させ、前記仕切壁の昇降杆嵌通部にシール
機構を設け、前記昇降杆に案内筒上端面から水底
上に突出するとともに内部が案内筒内と連通して
いるノズル取付筒を固定し、前記案内筒のノズル
取付筒との摺接部にシール機構を設け、前記ノズ
ル取付筒の先端に噴水ノズルを固着したことを特
