Claims (1)
- 脱気塔から流出する脱気水を貯留する脱気水槽
の水位によつて脱気塔入口側配管に設けた流量調
整弁の開度を自動的に調節し、当該脱気塔への被
処理水の流量を制御する機構を備えた脱気装置と
、イオン交換塔と、脱気装置とイオン交換塔とに
洗浄水を循環させてイオン交換塔を洗浄するため
の循環配管とを有するイオン交換装置において、
脱気水槽あるいは洗浄水が循環する配管系路の適
所に付設したブロー弁と連動する液面検出手段を
脱気水槽に設け、循環洗浄の前あるいは循環洗浄
の前半に、前記液面検出手段と連動するブロー弁
を用いて脱気水槽の水位を低下させることを特徴
とするイオン交換装置。
