して制御信号を出力する比較判定回路と、該比較

Ｎ―ＯＦＦさせる制御回路と、 を有し、照度により前記太陽電池の負荷抵抗値を
変化させて光に対する検出感度を変化させたこと
を特徴とする太陽電池を用いた昼夜間検知器。
