Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 自動車のクラツチ、変速機およびアクセル
    操作の各状態を検出する検出手段と、これらの検
    出に基づいて自動車が発進動作中か否かを判別す
    る判別手段と、自動車のエンジン負荷が所定値よ
    りも大の高負荷状態か否かを検出する高負荷検出
    手段と、変速機の状態とエンジンの負荷状態と発
    進動作中か否かの判別結果とに基づいて発進動作
    中に変速機が最低速段でなく且つ高負荷がかかつ
    た状態を検出して警報信号を与える警報発生手段
    と、警報信号で駆動される警報手段とを有するこ
    とを特徴とする発進警報装置。 (2) 前記警報発生手段が、発進動作中に変速機
    が最低速段でなく且つ所定時間以上高負荷がかか
    つた状態を検出した場合に警報信号を与えると共
    に前記警報手段の駆動を時限制御する実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の発進警報装置。
