(Prior art) Conventionally, there are many different methods for knitting pile knitted fabrics using warp knitting machines, but in particular, a method for creating patterns on pile knitted fabrics using a jacquard device is one in which the knitting needles are installed in parallel with the knitting needles. There is a method of creating a pattern using a tabozu needle, and a method of feeding pile yarn at a constant amount to form a stitch, and providing a section where no stitch is formed according to the pattern, and using it for the stitch forming section. A method is known in which a pile is formed using a surplus amount of yarn to create a pattern.

The above-mentioned method has the disadvantage that a special drive member for the shaved needles is required and complicated steps are required in knitting, resulting in a decrease in productivity. In addition, in the case of the one described below, the pile height tends to be uneven, and the sunken portion can only be constructed monotonically.

(Object of the Invention) In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention aims to bulge out a pile of a certain length onto a base fabric without using a special drive member in knitting a patterned pile knitted fabric using a warp knitting machine, and to Card pile pattern and thin fabric, thick fabric,
To provide a knitting method in which jacquard patterns of a base fabric such as hole fabric can be combined and displayed on the base fabric.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve these objects, a warp knitting machine having a row of needle beds provided with compound needles and equipped with a jacquard reed and a ground reed is used, and threads are threaded through the ground reed. The base yarn is fed to every other needle of the compound needle to form the base fabric, and the pattern yarn is fed to the jacquard reed to the needles forming the base fabric and the needles not involved in forming the base fabric. Either the yarn is fed alternately and the pattern yarns are detached from the needles that do not participate in the formation of the base fabric to form a pile pattern, or the yarn is continuously fed to the needles that are involved in the formation of the base fabric to form a flat pattern part. This is what I did.

(Example) Fig. 1 is a side view showing the knitting part of a warp knitting machine used to carry out the method of knitting a patterned pile knitted fabric of the present invention, and 1 is a needle of the compound needles. 2 is a tong, which is provided at regular intervals on a row of needle beds (not shown), 3 is a flanking guide of the jacquard reed, 4 is a dropper, and 5 and 6 are attached to the jacquard reed. The ground guide is moved in the direction of the needle row by a known handle drive device, such as a chain link. Reference numeral 7 denotes a pattern yarn which is passed through the flanchin guide 3 to form a pile, and 8 and 9 are ground yarns which are passed through ground guides 5 and 6 to form a base fabric.

Next, to explain the specific knitting method, Fig. 3 is a diagram of the wrapping relationship between the ground guide 5 and the flank guide 3. In the figure, the ● mark indicates the position of the needle 1, and A to G each The ground guide 5 overlaps every other needle 1a in the needle row to form a chain stitch with the ground thread 8, and the pattern thread 7 moves to the needle 1a between two needles for each course. The flanch guide 3 shown on the right side of FIG. 3 is attached to the flanch guide 3 shown on the right side of FIG. Reed 10 and dropper 4
is formed by a dropper reed 11 which is slidably mounted and can be driven vertically and selectively by a jacquard device (not shown). The ground guide 6 guides the ground yarn 9 and performs insertion stitching for chain stitching, but the drawings will be complicated for the sake of explanation, and knitting itself is well known, so a description thereof will be omitted. 12 is a ground reed to which a ground guide 5 is attached. The flanch guide 3 is bent in every other course such as B, D, F, etc. depending on the pattern configuration, by dropping the dropper 4, and the position of action on the knitting needles is changed to the needle 1a or the needle 1b. . 7a is the so-called thin part, and 7b
Since the overlapping of the pattern yarn 7 onto the needle 1b does not connect the stitches in the next course, the loops in this part break away from the needle 1b and become a pile part, forming a pile pattern with the entire base fabric.
In this embodiment, the pattern thread 7 is only used for the thin fabric part, but it is used for the flanchin guide reed 10 and the dropper reed 11.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the pattern thread 7 is applied between three needles to form a thick portion 7c, and the pattern thread 7 is applied to one needle less needle 1b. Let's pile part 7
d can also be formed, in which case the pile height will be higher than in the previous embodiment.

In another embodiment, a flanchin guide 13 is added as shown by the dashed line in FIG. The pile portion 14a is formed by the pattern thread 14 threaded through the guide 13.
By forming the flat pattern portion 14b, it is possible to knit a knitted fabric having the same or different pile patterns on the front and back sides of the base fabric.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
By threading pattern yarns of different types or colors through 5, it is also possible to knit a warp knitted fabric with pile patterns of two colors.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention uses a warp knitting machine having a compound needle bed, a jacquard reed and a ground reed,
The ground thread is applied to every other compound needle to form the base fabric, and the pattern thread threaded through the jacquard reed is fed alternately to the needles that are not involved in forming the base fabric. We created a jacquard pattern by appropriately selecting whether to form a pile by shedding the pattern threads or to form a flat pattern by continuously feeding the threads to the needles involved in forming the base fabric, making it possible to form a special pile. Since knitting elements and driving members for this purpose are not required, knitting efficiency can be increased, and a pile with a constant pile height can be formed at a predetermined needle spacing. Moreover, since various sunken parts can be formed in the sunken parts, excellent effects such as the ability to obtain a novel appearance of the pile knitted fabric are achieved.
