It shows. Now, the preceding train T
is on the line at section (SEC.N+3), the following trains will have speed limits corresponding to the section due to signals from the ground, and will be V N , V N+1 , and V N+2 , respectively.
...is limited to... Therefore, when a following train exceeds the speed limit, the automatic train control device installed on the train automatically detects the speed limit and applies brakes to the train to keep it below the speed limit.
In the figure, V V indicates the speed trajectory of the following train. In the conventional device, as shown in Figure 2, when the train speed is high (V 1 in the diagram), the distance traveled before deceleration is long, but when the train speed is low (V 2 in the diagram)
The running distance is small, and running efficiency decreases when multiple trains are run on the same route in succession.

That is, as shown in Figure 3, sections (SEC.N10), (SEC.
N20), due to the automatic control device's speed limit detection delay, command delay, etc., the true on-board pattern V N10 ,
For V N20 , upper limit value V N11 , V N21 , lower limit value V N12 ,
The pattern on the car will vary within the range of V N22 .
This variation is allowed to be ±2 Km/h in normal equipment. If the on-board pattern varies in this way, the speed trajectory of the train that is controlled based on it will naturally vary, and the stopping distance of the train will also vary greatly.

法を提供することを目的としている。 Furthermore, even if the brake force applied to the train varies, the speed trajectory of the train will vary in the same way as described above. These variations reduce train running efficiency. This invention solves the above-mentioned problems of conventional devices by keeping the distance-speed trajectory of the train constant and preventing run curve fluctuations based on variations in train performance and detection delays in ground signals. The objective is to provide a control method that can realize efficient train running by eliminating fluctuations in on-board patterns.

これを図中、VVが示している。 That is, in the present invention, as shown in Fig. 4, the highest speed limit pattern V P allowed by that section is generated, and trains traveling at less than this speed are determined to exceed the speed limit without applying the brakes. Apply the brakes only when This system allows the train to run efficiently even when the speed of the train is low without applying the brakes unnecessarily.
This is indicated by V V in the figure.

Therefore, le is not always constant.

If the maximum speed of a train allowed in a section (SEC.N) with (m) is V N , then the maximum speed pattern allowed by that section (SEC.N) is
If the train speed is controlled based on this pattern V P , the train will stop exactly at a distance S N (m). In this case, the idle running pattern length ln, which runs idle at maximum speed, is always a constant value in that section (SEC.N), and when the train's distance traveled reaches ln by integrating the actual train speed V V , By lowering the deceleration pattern, the
A V P pattern can be generated. (In Fig. 1, the speed pattern in Fig. 5 is shown by a two-dot chain line for comparison with the conventional method.) Therefore, by using the configuration shown in Fig. 6, the actual speed of the train is
Efficient train speed control is possible by eliminating fluctuations in idle running distance based on VV . In Fig. 6, 1 is a speed generator that detects the speed of the train, and 2 is a waveform shaping circuit that shapes the waveform of the output wave of the speed generator 1 to make it convenient for later calculations. Outputs a pulse wave proportional to the output. 3 is a speed calculation circuit which receives the output of the waveform shaping circuit 2 and also has the function of correcting the speed error based on the light diameter of the train car; 4 is a speed calculation circuit that detects on the train the speed limit signal corresponding to the section flowing on the ground. 5 is a demodulator for receiving the output of the antenna 4 and demodulating the limit signal; 6 is a demodulator for determining the free running distance according to the speed limit, and integrating the speed output of the speed calculation circuit 3 as described above. An empty running distance detector that has a function of detecting when a certain empty running distance ln determined by that section has been reached,
7 is a constant value based on the speed limit signal given from the demodulator 5 and the free running distance signal given from the free running distance detector 6, that is, the speed limit in the previous section and the delay in detecting the limit speed of the automatic control device. The train is run idle at the speed limit of the previous section until the length of the idle running pattern, and when the train travel distance reaches a certain idle running pattern length, a deceleration pattern is created according to the distance to the next section so that the speed reaches the speed limit of the current section. 8 is a distance-velocity pattern generation circuit 7 that generates a distance-velocity pattern V P that reduces the
The speed limit V P and the actual speed of the train in speed calculation circuit 3
A comparison circuit 9 for comparing V and V is an amplifier that amplifies the output of the comparator 8 and drives an output relay 10 for operating a brake device (not shown).

When the speed V V exceeds the speed limit pattern V P , an input is given to the relay 10 to apply the brake, and when the speed limit does not exceed the pattern, the brake is released, thereby making it possible to make the train speed follow the pattern.

うにしたことを特徴とする自動列車制御方法。1. In an automatic train control system that provides sections at predetermined distances in the direction of train travel and controls trains to prevent collisions with each other and to ensure that speed limits based on terrain and route conditions are not exceeded, on-board equipment is equipped with distance-speed information. A pattern generator is installed on the train to detect when the speed limit signal from the ground changes from higher to lower, compare the actual speed with the speed limit, and control the actual speed below the speed limit. When the train enters a predetermined section, the train runs idle at the speed limit of the previous section until a certain length of the idle running pattern corresponding to the speed limit of the previous section and the speed limit detection delay of the automatic control device, and the distance traveled by the train is reduced. Generating a distance-speed pattern that reduces the deceleration pattern according to the distance to the next section so that the speed reaches the limit speed of the current section when the certain idle running pattern length is reached, and based on the distance-speed pattern of that section. An automatic train control method characterized in that the brakes are applied only when the speed is exceeded.
