３図はそれぞれ第１図における―断面図、
―断面図である。第４図は上記刃物台の第一係
合部材を示す左側面図である。第５図は上記刃物
台におけるストツパ機構を示す正面断面図であり
、第６図は第５図における―断面図である。
第７図は第１図における―断面図であり、第
８図は―断面図である。第９図は上記刃物台
が工作機械のスライド上にセツトされてワークに
加工を施す状態を示す平面図である。第１０図は
上記刃物台のアダプタ回転時における第一係合突
起、第二係合突起、ストツパ突起の関係を説明す
るための図である。 １０：インデツクス刃物台、２０：本体、３０
：アダプタ、５８：皿ばね、６０：ピン、７０：
ツールホルダ、７４：刃具、７８：ピストン、８
０，８２：油圧室、８８：ワンウエイクラツチ、
９０：ピニオン、９４：ラツクシリンダ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 刃物台本体と、 その刃物台本体によつて一回転中心線のまわり
    に回転可能に、かつ、その回転中心線に沿つて引
    込位置と突出位置とに移動可能に支持され、切削
    工具を取外し可能に保持するアダプタと、 前記アダプタを前記引込位置と突出位置とに移
    動させる軸方向駆動機構と、 前記引込位置において前記アダプタを前記回転
    中心線まわりの複数の回転位置に位置決めする位
    置決め機構と、 前記突出位置において前記アダプタを複数の回
    転位置間の角度間隔と同角度ずつ回転させるアダ
    プタ回転駆動機構と を含むインデツクス刃物台において、 前記位置決め機構を、断面形状が円形を成し、
    前記刃物台本体と前記アダプタとの一方にアダプ
    タの回転中心線と直角に、かつ、その一部が前記
    刃物台本体とアダプタとの他方と干渉する状態で
    固定された少なくとも１本のピンと、前記刃物台
    本体とアダプタとの他方の前記ピンの一部と干渉
    する部分に形成され、アダプタの前記複数の回転
    位置の各々における前記引込位置への移動に伴つ
    てそのピンの一部と係合する複数個の位置決め凹
    部とを含むものとしたことを特徴とするインデツ
    クス刃物台。
