本発明においてはローラ支持腕の端部に設けた一対の回

部すの脊部C′が通過可能となしたもので、帯状刃部す
は所望の位置で円滑に所定方向へ移動し被切断部材を所
望位置で正確に切断加工することを可能となし、帯のこ
