【特許請求の範囲】 1、混練機から押し出された混練り材料を、混練ロール
の下部に配設された排出コンベヤーで受け、この排出コ
ンベヤーにより搬送した混練り材料を混練ロールの側部
に配設された移載手段に移載させた後、この移載手段を
昇降装置を介して混練ロールの投入部上まで昇降させ、
前記移載手段上に載置されている混練り材料を投入手段
を介して混練機の投入部内に投入し、再度押し出された
混練り材料を、移載手段、昇降装置を介して混練ロール
上まで上昇させた後、投入手段を介して混練り材料をシ
ート出しロールへ供給することを特徴とする混練り材料
の混練方法。 2、混練ロールの排出下部に、混練り材料を受けて混練
ロールの側部側に搬送する排出コンベヤーを設置し、こ
の排出コンベヤーの排出端部に、混練ロールの投入部上
まで昇降装置を介して昇降自在な移載手段を配設し、こ
の移載手段の側部に、混練ロールの投入部上まで上昇し
た時、前記載置されている混練り材料を混練ロールと、
昇降装置を挟んで反対側に設置されたシート出しロール
とに投入させる投入手段を設けたことを特徴とする混練
り材料の混練り装置。
