、該位置のＩＣと該個所のルーフとの間隙を大き
く設定し、かつ、前記の分離ピンはシユートレー
ル面を貫通してＩＣのパツケージ底面を突き上げ
る構造としたことを特徴とするＩＣハンドラの個
