- ケーシングの凹部にセンサ受光素子が取り付け
てあるＣＣＤイメージセンサにおいて、束ねた光
フアイバーを軸に直交する面で切断してなるオプ
テイカルフアイバプレートが前記ケーシングの受
光面部に前記センサ受光素子とわずかな間〓をも
たせて取り付けてあることを特徴とするＣＣＤイ
メージセンサ。
