Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、周辺多数駆動のドーム振動板を有
するスピーカーの改良に関する。
従来の周辺多数駆動のドーム状振動板を有する
スピーカーは、第１図のように、ドーム状振動板
１の外周縁を、複数の圧電素子２などの振動子の
中心に、点接触的に接着３していたので、外周縁
の円周部の接着部３が特定せず、製作時不便であ
るとともに、接着が均一でないため振動で外れや
すく、また、接着剤が固まつた固形物が振動板１
の振動部内に存在するため、振動板１の振動モー
ドを乱したり、偏り振動や歪みを発生する欠点が
あつた。
この考案は、複数個の圧電型振動子でドーム状
振動板の外周縁を分散駆動するドーム型スピーカ
ーに於て、第２図のような、ドーム状の外周縁部
６の外側に突出した接着部７を形成した振動板８
を有し、それ接着部７に第３図のようにバイモル
フ圧電素子３の中心部を接着したスピーカーであ
る。したがつて、振動板８の接着部７の数だけ圧
電素子３を接着することが可能で、駆動点を多数
外周部に設けることができるので、大入力に耐え
るとともに、大出力が得られるドーム形圧電スピ
ーカーである。

第１図は従来の圧電型スピーカーの断面図、第
２図はこの考案の有する振動板８の外観図、第３
図はこのスピーカーの断面図、第４図は蓋と振動
板をとり除いたこの考案の外観図である。 ３は振動子、６は外周縁部、７は接着部、８は
振動板である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電型の振動子３を複数個、円弧状に配列し
    て、該振動子３の中心部にドーム状振動板８の外
    周部を接着した圧電型のドーム型スピーカーに於
    て、振動子３と接着する接着部７をドーム状の外
    周縁部６の複数箇所に突出形成した振動板８を有
    するドーム型スピーカー。
