Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属板のパツキンにより上下から電極板、
絶縁層を介して圧電素子を挟持し、これらを耐熱
樹脂により一体化してなる圧力センサーを絶縁体
と主体金具間に設けてなるスパークプラグ。 (2) 圧力センサーはパツキン側方周縁に設ける
係止溝と耐熱樹脂により一体化してなる実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のスパークプラグ。 (3) 樹脂とパツキンの接触面をシリコンゴムの
真空注入又はキシレン等の溶剤により密閉処理し
てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項と第２項の
いずれかに記載のスパークプラグ。
