Conventionally, the bed provided at the rear of the cab of a large truck for long-distance transportation for the driver to nap or rest has a structure that is always kept horizontal.
However, the shape of the bed is generally narrower on the driver's side, so people sleep with their heads on the passenger side.
However, if the vehicle leans to the left or right due to the inclination of the road surface or topography on which the truck is parked, the bed will also tilt and the head will be either significantly lower or higher, making it difficult to sleep in an unnatural position. However, there was a drawback that the effects of rest and naps could not be fully achieved.

This invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional bed by making it possible to raise and lower one side of the bed so that the bed can be held horizontally depending on the slope of the parking place, so that you can always sleep comfortably. It is an idea.

An example of the implementation of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. 1 is a driver's cab of a large truck; 2 is the driver's cab 1;
A floor surface 4 provided behind the driver's seat and passenger seat in the vehicle is a bed provided on the floor surface 2 in the left-right direction (width direction) of the vehicle through a space 3, and one side of the bottom plate 4c of the bed 4. 4a is pivotally supported via a hinge 5 to one side wall 1a in the driver's cab 1 so as to be freely rotatable in the vertical direction. Reference numeral 6 denotes a U-shaped locking frame in which the left and right legs 6b, 6b of the locking portion 6a are connected, and on the other side 4b of the bed 4, there is a bottom plate 4c of the bed 4 and a side surface 4f around the bottom plate 4c.
A vacant space 4e is provided entirely or near the front and rear between the top plate 4d provided at the upper part via a space 1, and a space L is provided near the front and rear edges of the space 4e on the other side of the bottom plate 4c.
Two pairs of letter-shaped guide tools 8, 9, 8, 9 are fixed facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 4c, and the front and rear guide tools 8,
Springs 10, 10 having outward elasticity are interposed between the legs 6 of the locking frame 6.
b, 6b, the side surface 4f of the other side 4b of the bed 4, the guide tools 8, 8, the springs 10, 10, the guide tool 9,
The legs 6b, 6b are further provided with stoppers 11, which receive the elasticity of the springs 10, 10.
11 are respectively fixed between the guides 8, 9 and 8, 9 near the guides 8, 9, and the locking frame 6 is retracted horizontally from the side surface 4f of the other side 4b of the bed 4. Set it up freely. Reference numeral 7 denotes a rack in which engaging plates 7b, each having a plurality of recesses 7a vertically formed therein for engaging the locking portions 6a of the locking frame 6, face each other in the front and rear.
It is fixed to the other side wall 1b in the vehicle compartment 1 at a position corresponding to the locking frame 6, and the locking portion 6a of the locking frame 6
is formed so as to be locked and supported in the recess 7a.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the stoppers 11, 11 are pushed outward by the outward elasticity of the springs 10, 10, so that the locking frame 6 to which the stoppers 11, 11 are fixed is Leg 6
b, 6b are pushed outward, the locking portion 6a is engaged with the recess 7a of the rack 7, and the bed 4, in which the legs 6b, 6b connected to the locking portion 6a are retracted, is supported. However, the locking portion 6a is connected to the springs 10 and 1.
When the rack 7 is pressed against the elastic force of 0 in the horizontal direction opposite to the installation position (leftward in the figure), the stoppers 11, 11 compress the springs 10, 10,
The legs 6b, 6b are recessed into the empty space 4e along the guides 8, 9, 8, 9, the locking part 6a is removed from one of the recesses 7a of the rack 7, and the bed 4 moves up and down with the hinge 5 as a fulcrum. When the locking frame 6 is released at the desired height, the stoppers 11, 11 are released by the elasticity of the springs 10, 10. Since the legs 6b, 6b protrude outward, the locking portion 6a automatically engages with the recesses 7a, 7a at desired positions, and the locking frame 6 is supported by the rack 7. Bed 4 is also held in that position.

Therefore, according to the present invention, when parking and using the bed, if the bed is tilted together with the vehicle body depending on the slope of the road surface at the parking place, for example, if the bed is tilted to the left in the diagram, Push the locking frame horizontally against the elasticity of the spring, insert it into the bed, remove the locking part from the recess of the rack with which it was engaged, and rotate the bed upwards using the hinge as a fulcrum. When you select a recess above that recess and release the locking frame at that position, the locking frame will automatically protrude due to the elasticity of the spring, and the locking part will engage with the upper recess, causing the locking frame to is easily supported and the bed is kept horizontal. On the other hand, if the bed is tilted to the right, push the locking frame into the bed in the same way as above, remove the locking part from the recess, rotate the bed downward, and select a recess below the recess. If you release the locking frame at that position, the locking frame will protrude due to the elasticity of the spring, and the locking part will engage with the recessed part below, allowing the bed to be kept horizontal, ensuring that the bed is always level for the user. It allows the user to take a nap or rest comfortably, allows the user to freely adjust the inclination angle as needed, and is simple in structure and easy to operate.
