すブロツク図である。 図において、１２および１４は区画、１６は連
通部、２６は流速検出回路、２８は平方根変換器
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ２つの区画の間に生じる静圧差を検出するた
    めの差圧検出器であつて、 前記２つの区画の間に形成されかつその２つの
    区画に連通する連通部、および 前記連通部における流速を検出するための流速
    検出手段を備え、 前記流速検出手段の出力が前記静圧差に関連す
    る信号として利用される、差圧検出器。 ２ 前記流速検出手段はカルマン渦流速計を含む
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の差圧検出
    器。 ３ 前記流速検出手段は流速に関連する電圧信号
    を出力し、さらに 前記流速検出手段の出力電圧を直線近似するた
    めの近似手段を備える、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項記載の差圧検出器。 ４ 前記近似手段は平方根変換器を含む、実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の差圧検出器。
