とを重ねて気密に挟持した焼枠内の空気を吸引し
、前記透明板とマスク及び被露光板を密着させて
透明板の外方から光線を照射して露光させる露光
機用焼枠において、硬質透明板とその外側の硬質
な外枠との間を可撓性のあるシートで接続したこ
とを特徴とする露光機用焼枠。
