ａは真空部、６ａは冷凍機取付用ポケツト、７は
冷凍機、８は蒸発ガス熱シールド、９は液体窒素
熱シールド、１３ａ，１３ｂはたわみ導体、１４
はシールオフバルブである。尚、図中同一符号は
同一又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷媒液を収納した内容器と、この内容器を真空
    断熱して収納した真空断熱容器と、この真空断熱
    容器と前記内容器との間に前記内容器を囲んで設
    けられた蒸発ガス熱シールド及び液体窒素熱シー
    ルドと、上記真空断熱容器に取付けられた冷凍機
    と冷凍機取付用ポケツトを備えた極低温容器にお
    いて、前記冷凍機取付用ポケツトにシールオフバ
    ルブを設け、このシールオフバルブより前記冷凍
    機取付用ポケツト内部を真空引きしたことを特徴
    とする極低温容器。
