Claims (1)
- 電力増幅素子と片面プリント配線基板との配線
構造であつて、ヒートシンクに固定された電力増
幅素子のリード線を所定の形に形成してプリント
導電体に設けた２つのランド部の一方の穴の表か
ら通し他方のランド部の穴の表に出るように設け
た導電線のランド部裏側の導電線部に半田付け接
続したことを特徴とする電力増幅素子の配線構造
。
