第１図はドツトプリンタの印字制御方式の説明
図、第２図はドツトプリンタを端末としたシステ
ムの概略構成図、第３図は本考案の一実施例を示
すブロツク図である。 図中、２はドツトプリンタ、３，３′はイメー
ジバツフア、ＨＤは印字ヘツド、２０はインター
フエース制御部、２１は印字制御部、２２は紙送
り制御部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 紙送り機構を駆動して用紙を縦方向に紙送りす
    る紙送り制御部と、中央処理装置との間でデータ
    の授受を行なうインターフエース制御部と、該中
    央処理装置からの印字パターンデータを格納する
    イメージバツフアと、ヘツド駆動機構によつて横
    方向に移送される印字ヘツドの１回の横移動で１
    行分の文字群の該行方向に沿う線で複数に分割し
    たものの１つを、該イメージバツフアに格納され
    ているデータを用いて印字する印字制御部とを備
    えるドツトプリンタの印字制御装置において、 該イメージバツフアに、複数回の印字ヘツド横
    移動で印字される１行分の印字データを格納でき
    る容量を持たせ、 そして該中央処理装置から該印字ヘツド複数回
    横移動分の印字データを連続的に送つて該イメー
    ジバツフアに格納し、且つ最初の印字位置を指示
    してこれを現ヘツド位置レジスタおよび退避ヘツ
    ド位置レジスタに記憶させ、 該イメージバツフアのデータを用いて１回目の
    印字を該最初の印字位置から開始し、そして印字
    ヘツドの横行につれて現ヘツド位置レジスタの内
    容を逐次増加し、１回目の印字終了でヘツド戻し
    に移り、印字ヘツドの戻りにつれて現ヘツド位置
    レジスタの内容を逐次減少し、前記退避ヘツド位
    置レジスタの内容と等しくなつたときヘツド戻り
    を停止し、前記イメージバツフアのデータを用い
    て２回目印字をその戻り停止した位置から１回目
    と同一方向で行なうことを特徴とする印字制御装
    置。
