至つたのである。 The inventors of the present invention discovered that when two electrode plates are placed facing each other at a predetermined distance and AC electrolysis is performed in an electrolyte, changes in potential from one electrode plate propagate through the electrolyte at a finite speed. However, when the distance between the electrodes becomes large, the equipotential surface is disturbed by the flow in the electrolyte and thermal vibrations, but if the distance between the electrodes is made sufficiently small, the equipotential surface is not disturbed much and the equipotential surface is sufficiently disturbed. As a result of various experiments, it was shown that coherence is maintained in

(Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 104692/1983). However, in this case, there was a problem in that gas generated between the aluminum material and the counter electrode plate remained in the insulator during long-term energization, which interfered with the electrolytic treatment.

とする。 Based on the above facts, the present inventors came up with the present invention for the purpose of allowing the aluminum material and the return electrode to be closely opposed to each other with a minute distance between them without intervening an insulator. To achieve this, the present invention has a hollow part in the electrolytic cell in which negative pressure is generated by pump suction, and a number of holes are formed on one side of the electrolytic cell to communicate the hollow part with the outside. A flat plate-shaped pedestal, and a counter electrode plate held so as to face parallel to the through-hole forming side of the pedestal at a minute interval are disposed, and a covering made of aluminum material is provided between the pedestal and the counter electrode. It is characterized by a structure in which a colored plate material is interposed and the plate material to be colored is adsorbed and fixed to the pedestal surface by the negative pressure in the hollow part of the pedestal.

When the pedestal hollow part 7 becomes negative pressure due to pump suction, the plate material 17 to be colored is heated to the pedestal 4 surface by the negative pressure transmitted to the back surface of the plate material 17 to be colored through the through holes 9, 9... Fixed by suction. By doing so, even if the plate material 17 to be colored is thin, the flatness of the surface of the plate material 17 to be colored can be ensured by adsorption to the pedestal 4 surface.

Plate material 1 to be colored after anodizing treatment, containing an aqueous solution and suspended by a jig 18 between a pedestal 4 and a counter electrode plate 5
7, the electrolyte in the hollow part 7 of the base is sucked by a pump to generate negative pressure. Then,
The plate material 17 to be colored is suctioned and fixed to the surface of the pedestal 4 by the negative pressure. Thereafter, when the plate material 17 to be colored and the counter electrode plate 5 are connected to an AC power source (not shown) and AC electrolysis is performed, the surface of the plate material 17 to be colored is colored in primary colors ranging from purple to reddish brown. A colored film is obtained. After the AC electrolysis is completed, the connection to the AC power source is cut off and the suction by the pump is stopped, so that the plate material 17 to be colored can be easily separated from the pedestal 4 and taken out of the electrolytic cell 1 using the jig 18. It becomes possible.

The coherence of the electric field reaching the surface of the colored plate material 17 is impaired,
The desired primary color colored film cannot be obtained.

In addition, even if the plate material 17 to be colored is thin, the flatness of its surface can be ensured, and there is a practical effect that the coherence of the electric field from the return electrode plate 5 can be sufficiently ensured.
