Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 水平回動自在に設けられた基板受け渡し用コ
ンベアと、当該コンベアを基板受け取り位置と基
板引き渡し位置との間で回動させる方向切換手段
と、コンベア搬送駆動手段と、コンベアにおける
基板の有無を検知するセンサとを備えて成り、一
方より送られてきた基板を当該コンベア上に受け
取り、方向を転換して他方へ引き渡すように構成
したことを特徴とする基板の搬送方向転換装置。 ２ コンベア搬送駆動手段がコンベアの下方に位
置しコンベアと一体的に回動するように設けられ
た中間伝動ローラと、中間伝動ローラの下方に定
置され搬送駆動モータに連動連結された駆動プー
リとを備え、駆動プーリと中間伝動ローラの第１
プーリとを回動中心線上に配設して無端ベルトを
巻き掛け、中間伝動ローラの第２プーリとコンベ
アの伝動ローラとに無端ベルトを巻き掛けて構成
された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載した
基板の搬送方向転換装置。
