Claims (1)
- 粒体投入部と、その下方の正規粒体排出部と、
両者間に形成した水平な粒体分離領域と、粒体分
離領域の水平方向側方に位置する水平な不良粒体
排出領域と、不良粒体排出領域の下方に設けられ
る不良粒体排出部と、多数の孔を有する多孔板と
、多孔板を上記両領域の間で移動させる多孔板移
動機構と、多孔板に連結する孔寸法調整機構とを
設け、上記多孔板を相対移動可能な複数の多孔板
部材の組立体で形成し、隣接する多孔板部材間の
空間により上記孔を形成し、上記孔寸法調整機構
により多孔板部材を規定寸法の孔を形成する位置
と、大寸法の孔を形成する位置との移動させ得る
ようにし、上記規定寸法を、正規寸法の粒体のみ
が孔を通過できる値に設定し、上記大寸法を正規
寸法よりも大きい粒体が孔を通過できる値に設定
したことを特徴とする粒体用の不良粒体分離機。
