Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、ストロー内蔵液体飲料容器でこの発明の主
目的は、液体飲料を密封された容器の上蓋にある舌状部
分を除去すると　そこにできた開口から吸飲用のストロ
ーが浮上してきてそこより内容物を飲むことのできるス
トロー内蔵液体飲料容器を提供することにある。
〔発明の構成〕
この発明を添付図面について説明する。液体飲料を封入
する容器（５）はその円筒部（３）と上蓋部（７）とが
一体に構成されている　これに内容物である液体飲料を
充てんしてから底蓋部（１０）を施して内容物を密封す
る。この上蓋部（７）には切り取りやすくした舌状部分
（８）が一体に形成してありこの舌状部分の（　）の一
端に取っ手（６）がついている以上述べたものは　この
種の容器において一般的なものである。
〔第一の実施態様〕
この発明の基本とする第一の実施態様においては第２図
に示すように伸縮し且つ浮力の付いたストロー（第１図
）上端が容器（５）の上蓋部（７）にある舌状部分（８
）の下面に圧着又は接着して取りつけてある。
〔発明の効果〕
これまで詳述したところから自明のようにこの発明のス
トロー内蔵液体飲料容器は内部に封入された飲料を容器
（５）に直接口びるを触れることなく　舌状部分（８）
を除去するとできる開口よりストローが突出してくるの
でそこより内容物を吸飲することができる

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上端が開放する容器と、前記容器の開放端に取り
    付ける上蓋とを具備し、前記上蓋に除去すると開口を形
    成する舌状部分を有する液体飲料を密閉する容器におい
    て、前記容器内に伸縮し且つ浮力の付いたストローを封
    入したことを特徴とするストロー内蔵液体飲料容器。
  2. （２）前記伸縮し且つ浮力のついたストローは、ストロ
    ー自体を発泡樹等で成型して浮力をつけるか又は普通の
    ストローにフロート部材をつけてなる特許請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のストロー内蔵液体飲料容器。
  3. （３）前記伸縮し且つ浮力のついたストローは大口径の
    ストローと小口径のストローを組合せて伸縮することの
    できる、又はストローの一部を蛇腹状にして伸縮を可能
    にした、特許請求の第１項に記載のストロー内蔵液体飲
    料容器。
  4. （４）上端が開放する容器と、前記容器の開放端に取り
    付ける上蓋と具備し、前記上蓋に除去すると開口を形成
    する舌状部分を有する液体を密封する容器において、前
    記上蓋の舌状部分の内側に伸縮し且つ浮力の付いたスト
    ローの上端部を圧着し又は接着して取り付けてなる特許
    請求の範囲第２項に記載のストロー内蔵液体飲料容器。
