Claims (1)
- 電源電圧を定電圧回路にて定電圧化した電圧を
電源として動作するタイマＩＣと、このタイマＩ
Ｃの基準電圧を作成する外付けの分圧抵抗からな
る基準電圧作成部と、上記基準電圧と出力電圧が
比較される外付けの抵抗及びコンデンサからなる
時定数部とからなり、上記基準電圧を時定数部の
コンデンサの充電電荷を放電させるしきい値とし
、このコンデンサの放電のタイミングを基準とし
て限時動作を行うタイマにおいて、上記基準電圧
作成部に定電圧化された電圧を印加する別の定電
圧回路を備えて成ることを特徴とするタイマ。
