Claims (1)
- トリガ入力を第１の基準電圧と比較する第１の
比較器と、スレツシヨルド入力を第２の基準電圧
と比較する第２の比較器と、それぞれの比較器の
出力を入力するフリツプフロツプと、このフリツ
プフロツプにより駆動される放電用トランジスタ
を有するタイマ用集積回路において、前記トリガ
入力及び前記フリツプフロツプ出力を入力信号と
するＮＡＮＤゲートを設け、このＮＡＮＤゲート
の出力により前記放電トランジスタの駆動させる
ことを特徴とするタイマ用集積回路。
