- ブラウン管のパネルに可視光を照射する可視光
ランプと、照射光量をモニターするための標準反
射板と、この標準反射板からの反射光を電気信号
に変換する受光素子と、パネルからの反射光を電
気信号に変換する受光素子と、両受光素子から得
られた電気信号を比較演算する演算機とを有する
ブラウン管のパネル透過率測定装置。
