Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 浸炭処理を施されるべき部材について洗浄処理
    を施す洗浄槽と、同洗浄槽で洗浄処理を施された
    上記部材について加熱処理を施す浸炭炉と、同浸
    炭炉で加熱処理を施された上記部材について上記
    洗浄槽内の洗浄液の温度よりも高い温度で焼入処
    理を施す焼入油槽とをそなえ、上記洗浄槽に、洗
    浄液を暖めるための加温手段が設けられて、同加
    温手段が、上記焼入油槽内の焼入油の供給を受け
    る熱交換部をそなえて構成されたことを特徴とす
    る、浸炭炉装置。
