Claims (1)
- 分子線結晶成長装置の分子線源において、原料
物質を入れこれを溶融するための上方に鍔部を有
するルツボ３を加熱するヒータであつて、上下に
ヒータ線を繰返し折曲げて形成したルツボ母線に
沿う母線部１４と、該母線部１４の上端に連続し
外側へほぼ水平方向に折曲げられた折り返し部２
とよりなり、折り返し部２はルツボ３の開口部９
及び鍔部４の近傍を加熱するようにした事を特徴
とする分子線源ヒータ。
