- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボビンの外周に検出コイルおよび基準コイ
ルを巻装して差動トランスを構成し、この差動ト
ランスの中心部に調整用ねじコアを介装させ、現
像剤との接触面に合成樹脂材料からなるキヤツプ
を固着したトナー濃度センサー用検出ヘツドにお
いて、前記キヤツプ表面のアラサを、現像剤を構
成するトナー粒子径の１〜５倍とし、かつ帯電防
止材料からなる被膜を設けたことを特徴とするト
ナー濃度センサー用検出ヘツド。 (2) キヤツプを形成する合成樹脂材料が熱可塑
性樹脂である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のトナー濃度センサー用検出ヘツド。
