- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ボビンの外周に検出コイルおよび基準コイ
ルを巻装して差動トランスを構成し、この差動ト
ランスの中心部に調整用ねじコアを介装させ、現
像剤との接触面に合成樹脂材料からなるキヤツプ
を固着したトナー濃度センサー用検出ヘツドにお
いて、前記キヤツプ表面に前記現像剤の流れ方向
と交差する方向に延びる幅および深さが現像剤を
構成するトナー粒子径の５〜１０倍の複数個の溝
を設けると共に、前記溝を含む前記キヤツプ表面
のアラサを前記トナー粒子径の１〜５倍としたこ
とを特徴とするトナー濃度センサー用検出ヘツド
