Claims (1)
- 被測定体との接近状態を非接触に検出するセン
サ部と、前記被測定体に渦電流を発生させる励磁
電流を前記センサ部に供給すると共に前記被測定
体と前記センサ部との接近状態に応じた渦電流を
逐次前記センサ部を介して入力して変位に変換す
る変位変換器とから成る非接触変位測定装置にお
いて、前記変位変換部から前記センサ部に供給す
る前記励磁電流を矩形波発信回路からの矩形波励
磁電流としたことを特徴とする非接触変位測定装
置。
