Claims (1)
- 真空室の内部に回動自在に試料保持用のブロツ
クを配置し、前記ブロツクの一表面に、ヒータを
設置するとともに、断熱材を介して試料ホルダー
を設け、また前記ブロツクの反対側の一表面に、
冷却用のホルダを設けるとともに、前記ホルダに
連結して中空の回転軸を設け、前記回転軸の内部
に冷却水が循環してホルダを冷却するためのパイ
プを設置してなり、更に前記回転軸と直交する回
転軸を、前記ブロツクにその回動用として設けて
なる真空室の試料保持装置。
