き中子に向けて引き出す供給手段と、該供給手段
より前方の移動ルートでエンドレスチユーブにミ
シン目を形成する手段を備え、しかもこのミシン
目加工手段とチユーブ供給手段との間に、左右の
ガイドバーから下るエンドレスチユーブを自重で
牽引する浮動ウエイトバーと、該浮動ウエイトバ
ーの高さ方向位置を検出して前記チユーブ供給手
段の駆動を制御するための手段を設けたことを特
