BACKGROUND ART A conventional autoclave will be explained based on FIG. 2. 1 is a pressure vessel of an autoclave, and a liquid to be heated 2 is stored in the lower part of the vessel.
3 is an agitator, 4 is a stirring blade, and 5 is a steam nozzle that hangs down through the upper plate of the pressure vessel 1 and has a lower end opening inserted into the liquid to be heated 2, which has a steam nozzle equipped with an on-off valve 6. It is connected via a pipe 7 to a steam drum 8 of the boiler.

In this configuration, the steam in the steam drum 8 passes through the steam pipe 7 and the steam nozzle 5 to the heated liquid 2.
The heated liquid 2 is heated.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the above-mentioned conventional configuration, when the steam is condensed and crushed by the liquid to be heated 2, strong pressure fluctuations occur, which causes the pressure vessel 1 to vibrate and prevents normal operation. This may cause difficulties or damage the equipment.

Embodiment Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 10 is a circulation pipe whose lower end is connected to the lower part of the pressure vessel 1 and whose upper horizontal part penetrates the upper part of the pressure vessel 1 and projects into the upper space 11 of the pressure vessel 1; A plurality of nozzles 12 are formed. 13 is a pump interposed in the middle of the circulation pipe 10, 14 is a receiving shelf arranged in upper and lower stages in the upper space 11, and has a large number of circulation holes 15.

Hereinafter, the steam heating method will be explained based on the above configuration. First, the pump 13 is operated to pump up the heated liquid 2 accumulated in the lower part of the pressure vessel 1 and jet it out from each nozzle 12 into the upper space 11. Then, the ejected heated liquid 2 turns into a spray, accumulates on the upper shelf 14, and flows down through the circulation hole 15 in the form of a column or drops to the lower shelf 14. The pool flows down through the flow hole 15 in the form of a column or drops, and flows down to the lower shelf 14.
It collects in the water and further flows down through the flow hole 15 in the form of a column or a drop. On the other hand, steam is ejected from the steam nozzle 5 into the upper space 11, and the steam comes into contact with the liquid to be heated 2 in the form of powder, columns, or drops, and the liquid to be heated 2 is heated.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the steam and the liquid to be heated are brought into contact in the upper space, so that the steam is not condensed and crushed as in the embodiment. Therefore, pressure fluctuations due to crushing do not occur, the pressure vessel can be operated normally without vibration, and the problem of equipment damage due to pressure fluctuations does not occur.
