Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被処理物がコンベアにより入出可能なブー
スで構成され、そのブースにリン酸塩処理液槽が
設けられ、該処理液槽底部を前記被処理物が平行
移動するようにコンベアが設けられた浸漬式リン
酸塩処理装置において、前記リン酸塩処理液槽の
天井部分をその処理液槽の底部の形状に沿つて低
く形成することでブース空間を狭くし、被処理物
出槽部空間にのみスプレー手段を設け、該スプレ
ー手段によるミストが入槽前の被処理物に影響を
及ぼさないように、前記スプレー空間と被処理物
入槽空間とを仕切る仕切板を前記天井部分から吊
垂状態に設け、該仕切板はコンベア又はハンガー
が通過可能な空隙を有することを特徴とする浸漬
式リン酸塩処理装置。 (2) 仕切板で仕切られた入槽側空間に排気ダク
トを設けたことを特徴とする前記１項記載の浸漬
式リン酸塩処理装置。
