Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the sampling time of data by obtaining measurement data at the same time from plural vibration sensors fitted to the storage part of a central controller for a device to be inspected by using permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:The central controller 1 has the storage part 2 and plural input/ output terminals 3, 4, and 5. A vibration detection part 6 has many vibration sensors C1, C2...Cn connected to respective preamplifiers 7...6 and selects their output signals in order through a changeover switch 8. The vibration sensors are fitted on the housing of the equipment to be inspected by the permanent magnets independently of one another. The output of the vibration detection part 6 is outputted to terminals from the respective points of a high-pass filter 9, a 1st integration circuit 10, and a 2nd integration circuit 11, and an amplifier 12 and respective terminals are connected selectively by a changeover range 13 to input the output signal to a microcomputer 1 through an analog/digital converter 14. The microcomputer 1 displays the result obtained by data processing on a display 17 and the analytic result can be viewed instantaneously.
