Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform abnormality diagnosis surely by detecting vibration generated by a dynamic machine with an acceleration sensor, converting it to an a.c. electric signal, rectifying after frequency division, and after integration, comparing the value with normal value. CONSTITUTION:Vibration generated by operation of a dynamic machine is detected with an acceleration sensor and converted to an a.c. electric signal. Then, a signal of desired frequency band is selected by a filter and taken out in parallel, and rectified successively by the use of a changeover switch and integrated. Next, these integrated values corresponding to each frequency band are compared with a predetermined setting value and an alarm is sounded when the difference exceeds a fixed value. For instance, output 2 from an acceleration sensor 1 is divided by a low pass filter 3 and a band filter 4 and rectified successively by a rectifier 10 through a changeover switch 8 and integrated by an integrator 11. By comparing the value with that of a reference signal generator 13, sensitive and highly reliable abnormality diagnosis is made possible.
