Abstract
PURPOSE:To regulate the recovery of powder nearly 100% and also to prevent mixing with the other kind even in the case of changeover for another powder by forming the outer circumference of an equipment main body with the porous membrane and enabling the porous membrane to be easily exchangable. CONSTITUTION:Powder A such as toner is sent to the inside of an equipment main body 1 through a feed pipe 2 of powder together with carrier gas B while allowing them to collide against a baffle plate 3 and diffusing them and simultaneously hot air C having temp. higher than m.p. of powder A is introduced through a feed pipe 4 of hot air from the circumference of the outlet of the feed pipe 2 of powder and thereby the parts of the surfaces of the powdery particles are melted. Furthermore the blowing nozzles 5 of cool air for cooling the powdery particles being lowered are provided to the lower part of the equipment main body 1. The outer circumference of the equipment main body 1 is formed with a porous membrane 8. As a result, since the recovery of powder is regulated nearly 100% and also the porous membrane can be easily exchanged, the mixing with the other kind is prevented in the case of changeover for another powder.
