Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance dust collection performance by carrying out constant current control so that a dust collector current may become a microcurrent value which allows a preset corona starting state at the time of charging direct current without superimposing with pulse current and setting a target base voltage value for pulse charge. CONSTITUTION:After the arrival of a dust collector voltage at a constant value, the superimposing of a pulse waveform voltage on a base voltage by intermittent operation of a pulse power supply 1 and the pause of the superimposing are alternately performed. Furthermore, a dust collector current is subjected to controlling the constant current minimum so that said current may become a current value which allows a preset corona starting state at the time of pause of the superimposing. Next, constant voltage control is performed using a dust collector voltage obtained as a result of the above constant current control, so that a direct current base voltage reaches a optimum value during the overlapping of the pulse waveform voltage. In addition, the above constant current control and constant voltage current control are performed by ignition angle control of thyristor 7, and the initial value of the ignition angle of thyristor at the time of next constant current control resumption is determined from the thyristor ignition angle at the time of constant current control termination.
