Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve workability of exchange by dividing a shell body to plural pieces along its longitudinal axis, making the shell body openable and closable, thereby making it possible to take a sorting net body and a grain lifting spiral body disposed inward of the shell body to the outside of the machine in a transverse direction. CONSTITUTION: This sorting machine is provided with the cylindrical sorting net body 20 and the grain lifting spiral body 30 fitted in the sorting net body 20 concentrically rotatably relative to each other and is erected with the shell body 40 covering the outside of the sorting net body 20. The shell body 40 is divided to plural pieces along its longitudinal axis and is made openable and closable in order to take the grain lifting spiral body 30 and the sorting net body 20 to the outside of the machine in the transverse direction. Namely, the upper part of the shell body is widely opened and a conventional spindle for driving the sorting net body does not penetrate the central part of rotation so that the easy disconnection of upper and lower driving motors is made possible and, therefore, the taking out of the sorting net body and the grain lifting spiral body to the outside of the machine in the transverse direction is made possible. The workability of the exchange is thus exceedingly improved and good operability is attained.
