- 表面に発熱体を設けたセラミツク基板と、該セ
ラミツク基板の裏面に搭載され、前記セラミツク
基板に形成されたスルーホールを通して前記発熱
体と接続される駆動用ＩＣと、前記セラミツク基
板の裏面に配置され、前記駆動用ＩＣを収納する
ための凹部を有する放熱板とからなることを特徴
とするサーマルヘツド。
