Abstract
PURPOSE: To contribute to a reduction in resistance, to improve thermal conduction between semiconductor elements and to improve thermal responsiveness between resistance elements by laminating necessary number of thin platelike semiconductor elements each having inner electrodes formed in a predetermined electrode pattern to integrally form a plurality of resistance elements.
CONSTITUTION: Semiconductor elements 5aW5j are manufactured by adding and mixing small amount of Y2O5 as semiconductor forming agent, SiO2, Al2O4 as mineralizers, and MnO2 as characteristic improving agent to barium titanate, forming a green sheet formed in a thin film state with a material added with a binder to the mixture, printing a predetermined electrode pattern on the surface of the green sheet with paste formed by so mixing carbon controlled to become a predetermined value at the porosity after baking and varnish with sintered barium titanate powder as inner electrodes 6aW6l, and then baking it. This baking is conducted by simultaneously laminating all the green sheets at once, press-bonding them, and then baking it at 1300°C, thereby manufacturing a current limiting resistance element body 1.
