Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a vibration proof structure of a uniform composition by forming a scroll vane of a scroll pump by sintering or plastic forming. CONSTITUTION:Forming an involute scroll vane 2 integral with a main body 1, a holder 11 having an involute scroll vane 10 formed integrally with a deviated shaft portion of an eccentric shaft 9 is freely rotatably pivot-supported. The scroll vanes 2, 10 are manufactured by sinter-forming of materials such as Al, Ti, etc., or by plastic forming of composite resin, etc. As a result, unlike casting, the structure does not become dendrite but formed with a uniform structure to make a vibration proof structure.
